TRANSPARENCY ACT

DP IoT is a service company that sells services to customers in the corporate market. We have a company in Gdansk, Poland, where the majority of our services are performed, primarily for Norwegian and Swedish customers. The company actively works on transparency throughout all levels, from subcontractors to customers. Since the company only sells its own services, it is relatively straightforward regarding labor conditions and compliance with fundamental human rights. The company is verified according to ISO 26000, which specifically focuses on ESG and social responsibility.

The company is also working according to ISO 9001 and 14001. This means that we have procedures for how deviations should be reported and addressed, whether they come from customers, suppliers, or internal matters. Regular risk assessments related to this are carried out. In the past year, no deviations have been identified that indicate violations of human rights or negative working conditions. The company's existence would be threatened if we do not adhere to our ethical guidelines, as it would have significant negative consequences for the customers we work for.

The measures the company has implemented to prevent potential negative consequences and/or reduce the risk of negative consequences include the introduction of ISO 26000 into the company's quality system to systematize how deviations are handled at all levels of the company, including subcontractors and customers.
